CIRCLES (Gathering)

~If you’re in Honolulu, there are ongoing private New Moon Women’s Circles held monthly.  Check the instagram or email me FMI. OR *It is with Joy that I join your next women’s gathering to guide us all in a ceremony or ritual that aligns with a particular lunar phase. Options to include: a journaling workshop, vision board making, or a spiritual reading or energetic healing circle. Perfect for connecting and deepening friendships, families and teams. (about $20 per person, but price will vary depending on groups size).                                                                                                                                                      

CIRCLES (Movement)

~Sometimes talk therapy isn’t enough.  Let’s create a one hour session together using the body as a guide.  We will connect beforehand to discern what season of life you are currently dancing in.  During our time together, I will offer you some journaling prompts to guide you towards movement; Movements to feel safe and connected to your body (your inner wisdom), and various healing modalities to use in the moment and to take away with you.  Energy work such as E.F.T. or Reiki may be offered as well.  This somatic session can be used to either invoke/ call in/ manifest, or to release/ purge/ heal old wounds.  There is no separation between body and mind, there is nothing that happens to one that the other isn’t affected by, and you hold all the power inside you to create massive change.  A one hour session starts at $60.                                                                                                                                                                                              (If you are already a hoop dancer, hoops are welcome in this session)

Beginner HoopDance lessons or workshops available for you or your group - Prices are around $15 per person per hour. (depending on group size)                                               

CYCLES (Lunar Guidance)

Let’s dive deep, together, beginning on the next new moon for a complete lunar cycle- to connect you to working closely with her, all her phases, and the current season.  Ultimately deepening your connection to your true self.  In person or virtually, we’ll connect 4 times (once a week), to lean in to her teachings and rhythms.  Learning to connect with the Moon energy is Divine, and a true coming home to You.  $115

CRYSTALS (Accessories)

Let’s connect to create a custom piece of jewelry that speaks to what season of life you are currently dancing in.  I’ll create a personal, one of a kind, wearable medicine, curated from crystals and imagery that resonates with you.  Free consulation, you only pay for the piece.

  • Energy Work

    Benefits include: a feeling of deep relaxation, can soothe/heal inner turmoil, restore and balance chakras, clears out stagnancy/hits “refresh”, can assist with physical discomforts, receive messages from guides/your higher self. In person includes tea, smoke clearing, sound bath, card pull $80.

    Distance session: same as above, but excludes tea and smoke clearing. $65

    Roses carry a frequency that is almost 400% higher than a healthy human body, adding them to your energy work session connects you to divine feminine energy and addresses the heart chakra to access your personal power and literally “raise your vibration”. In person only $88

  • akashic records reading

    The “Akash” is a realm that is said to hold all information that is past, present, and the possible future outcomes of an energy. I have been trained to access this realm intuitively. I offer these readings as a way for you to gain clarity, heal, grow, explore generational pain and cycles to get unstuck, and break your own habits. For our one hour session together, we will explore answers to your questions that come from your guides/higher self, ancestors & the Akash. $ Sliding scale.

  • Somatic Noticing session

    A meditative journey that will lead you into your body to locate emotions, trauma, old beliefs, and all the stories they may be attached to. Once located, we work to release them. This therapeutic session can last about an hour. On its own $55. Combine with your energy work session for an additional $35 to the in person ($80) or your distance ($65) energy work session.

  • Various workshop options

    Introduction to the Elements- a 4 part class series to explore the qualities of Air, Fire, Water, & Earth. Learn the metaphors and archetypes of each element and how it pertains to your life. $100 for 4 classes

    Meditation & Journaling-learn how to connect the mind/body for clarity, focus, calm, and goal setting etc. One hour $25.
